Responsibilities will include: Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to Accounts Payables. This candidate will also help with phone orders for concrete.
Knowledge and Abilities Necessary:
Must be able and willing to follow directions and procedures as trained.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Access and Outlook.
Accurate and timely data entry skills are essential.
Some Accounts Payable experience helpful.
Excellent communications skills - telephone, written and in person.
Ability to prioritize.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required, along with a positive and detail oriented attitude.
Willing to take on additional work load as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
