Full Time Office Position for a busy Oilfield Valve Service Company
The Office Clerk performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving supplies and parts, providing customer assistance and record-keeping.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer telephone & take customer job request
- Receive supplies and parts from vendors
- Keep job board current
- Assist field technicians with paperwork
- Forward all service tickets to home office for processing
Skills & Abilities Requirements
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Organizational skills to support field technicians and home office
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic to intermediate computer operation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of clerical/office duties
