Office Associate

Quality Machine Products is looking for an Office Associate whom is enthusiastic about learning to help our office. This is an entry level position with great team environment. Our family owned and operated business is looking for a full time Office Assistant. This person does a little bit of everything! This is a supportive role to our existing Scheduler, Order entry, Accounting and Payroll staff which means you will be trained to a basic level in each aspect of our business. We imagine the person to fill this role as detailed focused, pleasant answering the phone, willing to learn, good math skills and able to bounce between tasks to meet business needs. Experience with Excel and Outlook would be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• General Office organization and sending/receiving mail, data entry.
• Invoice processing, daily reports.
• Data Entry, Time entry.
• Greet guests over the phone with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Complete administrative tasks including filing.
• Screens telephone calls and routes to the appropriate personnel.
• Keep accurate records.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor towards guests and co-workers.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, understand the importance of good communication and have a positive attitude.

Compensation:

Pay: $18.00 per hour DOE

1-week paid vacation after 1-year continuous service
