Summary:
Our Human Resources department at LinkUs is searching for an Associate to join our team! We are focused on providing a smooth candidate and employee experience through our entire hiring and retention process. This is a high-volume position that will allow you to use your organization and communication skills daily. You will be involved in the recruiting process, HR admin, and safety admin tasks. This would be a great position for a recent or soon-to-be graduate looking to jump into recruiting and human resources!
What's in it for you?

Primary Job Duties:
• Provide exceptional customer service for both internal and external candidates with strong communication skills, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and being solution-minded.
• Assist the Director of HR in Safety administrative tasks and internal audits.
• Initiate pre-employment verifications, such as background checks and drug screens.
• Collect and organize any requested data related to recruiting, safety, or HR efforts.
• Support other HR-related projects as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Preferably a college degree in Human Resources
• Preferably 6+ months experience in human resources/talent acquisition
• Ability to be resourceful in problem-solving
• Willingness to learn new processes and platforms
• Energetic, driven, and positive attitude
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Effective communication skills are a must
