```Duties```
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a logistics role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized office systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with payroll and basic accounting principles
