The right candidate will be hired as a temporary employee for the 1st 90 days
- Pay rate will be $20 per hour
- Work days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 6-8 hours per day
- Review will be done after 90 day completion to determine if you are the right candidate to be hired permanently
Once this candidate becomes a permanent employee
- Full benefits will be available after 3 months of full time employment
- Work days will be Monday through Friday, working 6-8 hours per day, beginning at 8:00am
- Review after 6 months of full time employment for a potential pay increase, reviews will be done annually thereafter
Duties include:
- General office administrative duties & support of Office Manager
- Payroll support
- A/R & A/P support
- Project management support
- Purchasing support
- Project billing support
The right candidate will have:
- General knowledge in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Good attitude
- Team player
- Be willing to learn knew things
