Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize and file documents daily
- Answer Phones and assist warehouse staff with any office-related items needed (Labels, Route Sheets, Load sheets)
- Review estimates for accuracy and transfer to invoices to prepare for weekly deliveries (80+ invoices weekly)
- Prepare and print packing slips and invoices daily for next-day delivery ensuring accuracy on all dates and routes
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis
- Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards
Qualifications:
- Degree not required but is a plus
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
