Office Assistant

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the company's daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake various office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion and incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities

• Create and update records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
• Billing and Invoicing Customers
  
• Set up new customer accounts
  
• Answer incoming customer calls and dispatch the message to Operations for service.
  
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
  
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
• Open to cross-training and assisting other departments as needed
• Must be a team player and work well within a small office atmosphere
  
• During Peak Summer Season must be open to work on a Saturday rotation and occasional overtime if needed.
  Skills
  
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  
• Working knowledge of office equipment
  
• Excellent Computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Basic Quick books On Line

Schedule:
