We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties```
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
```Experience```
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service, real estate or accounting a plus.
