Office Assistant

ePro Services is looking for an immediate hire to work out of our home office in Marengo, OH. The ideal candidate will be ready to start work in a busy atmosphere. The hours are M-F 7:30 AM-4:00 PM.

We are a full service LIFE SAFETY company specializing in fire inspections, installations, service and monitoring.

Duties Included:

-Answering phone calls

-Assistance with social media page,and putting together marketing materials.

-Customer Service

-Accounts Receivable

-Scheduling work orders

-Tracking hours daily for Techs

-Other duties may be assigned

-Person with clerical fire experience to receive $2,500 signing bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
