Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform customer service and administrative functions, working in both the office and showroom in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers and vendors via phone and email
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Data entry
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist customers
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must love dogs!
