Education/Experience:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a accounts receivable position is required
- HVAC CSR Experience is a Plus!
Requirements:
- Must be well organized
- Communication skills
- Must be proficient with Word, Excel, internet, typing and other computer programs
- Must be Friendly, Courteous, & Positive Attitude
- Must be able to handle a fast paced and high call volume work environment
- Background check & drug screening required prior to employment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- Scheduling
- Accounts receivable
- Fulfilling orders
- Billing/invoicing
- Past dues/collections
- And other office admin duties
