Responsibilities:
Assist bookkeeping dept. and HR dept with various duties not limited to:
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- General office duties such as data entry, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Speaking with employees regarding HR issues, completing HR paperwork, onboarding new hire paperwork.
Requirements:
- Previous experience office/clerical
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual
