Responsibilities
- Coordinate general administrative tasks and office operations.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and financial record maintenance.
- Manage vendor accounts, including the maintenance of relevant paperwork and agreements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support tailored to Company executives and Area Managers.
- Manage dispute resolution for billing discrepancies with third-party delivery services.
- Place orders for essential operational items to meet the needs of Company locations.
- Assist with payroll processing tasks, including data entry and documentation.
- Manage basic banking transactions and conduct regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support the hiring process by placing hiring ads, coordinating interviews, collecting candidate information, conducting background checks, and assisting with onboarding paperwork.
- Organize and facilitate virtual meetings for management teams.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Act as a general liaison between Company locations.
Requirements
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Consistent access to both a cell phone and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Comfort working in a remote, virtual environment.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate occasional meetings outside regular business hours.
- Agreement on the use of a biometric time tracking system for accurate record-keeping.
- The Company will provide the following items: Laptop computer, biometric time tracking system, cell phone number/phone, and email address.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
