Job SummaryAssist the Bethel office with clerical and housekeeping duties on a temporary full-time basis estimated 3 months with potential for extension.
Responsibilities- Answers phone and greets customers
- Collects addresses, phone numbers, and payment information as needed for deliveries
- Guides customers to fill out credit applications on the website
- Office housekeeping
- Provides clerical support which could include processing invoices, crafting sales orders, mailing, collecting payment from customers
- Participates in safety meetings and reports all injuries, spills, and property damage. Identifies and communicates job hazards. Informs management of safety, environmental, and mechanical concerns in a timely manner
- Opening and Closing of the Station
- Aligning with the Personal Protection Equipment Policies Counting the till before and after opening and closing Security Awareness
- Fills fuel tank of vehicles with gasoline or diesel fuel to the level specified by the customer
- Collects cash from customers for purchases and makes change or charges purchases, using customer's credit card
- Sells items from a service station
- Assists in arranging displays, taking inventories, and making daily reports
- Keeps station clean by wiping windows and counters, sweeping floor, dusting shelves, and cleaning and supplying bathroom
- Makes coffee and keeps and coffee pot clean
- Participates in safety meetings and reports all injuries, spills, and property damage. Identifies and communicates job hazards
- Spill Prevention and Awareness
All other duties as assigned.
ProfessionalRequirements:This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to be resourceful and self- advised, attention to detail, and leadership skills including the ability to be a problem solver while working in a team environment.
EducationandExperience: One-month work experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
