We are recruiting an individual to assist with office, administrative and bookkeeping tasks. This individual will work directly with the Managing Partner and Bookkeeper to assist with Quickbooks Desktop data entry, credit card reconciliation, filing electronic and physical documents, general administrative tasks, and cleaning the office.

● Attention to detail The candidate’s experience should include:
● 1 year of experience in data entry, bookkeeping, administrative assistance, or other general administrative roles
● Experience in Google Drive, QuickBooks Desktop, Bill.com, Dext, and Smartsheets platforms preferred
Key Responsibilities
● Gather, disseminate to the appropriate parties, and file all incoming correspondence (physical and electronic), including vendor invoices, vendor letters, customer correspondence, correspondence from official agencies, and other documents
● Clean all office areas on a regular basis
● Manage office supply inventory levels, including regular office supply purchasing as needed
● Gather, code, and enter all vendor invoices into QuickBooks Desktop and Bill.com
● Gather, code, and enter all credit card receipts from Dext into QuickBooks Desktop, and work with the Bookkeeper to follow up with credit card holders on missing receipts
● Enter job estimates into QuickBooks Desktop and Smartsheets
● Other general administrative duties as assigned
● Additional bookkeeping tasks such as assisting with invoicing depending on experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
