Complete Fire and Water Restoration
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join the Complete Fire and Water Restoration team! The ideal candidate will have some experience in office management and customer service, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update office files, records, and databases
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage correspondence, including letters and emails
- Greet clients and visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Schedule appointments and meetings and maintain office calendar
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Provide support to the management team as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Long term position
