We are seeking a responsible, highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, it requires someone with strong phone and customer service skills. Duties also will provide support to our Coatings Specialist manager, make travel arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, printing estimates and job proposals, filing, invoicing, managing calendar and all aspects of that department..

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Assist with calendar management and schedule appointments
- Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry
-- Assist with customer support inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
```Experience```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy
