Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are more so looking for someone who has previous experience administrating in either construction or landscape industry. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. We are young, ambitious, and are looking for a TEAM member to join us as we grow tremendously together.
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
-Send quotes to customers which are extremely detail oriented.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with placing orders and scheduling deliveries
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed
Skills:
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
