This position will play a vital part in communicating with referral partners, current and past clients, real estate agents, and underwriters to nurture relationships and develop new business. You will engage with prospects on the phone, facilitate the completion of loan applications, collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process. Compensation:$45,000 - $75,000 yearly

- Handling One-Off Requests from Producer (Dish to LOA items)
- Compliance Disclosure Questions or Problems that the borrower needs assistance with
- Getting Pricing for LO Review
- Quoting Pricing to LO or to borrower upon LO Request
- Locking Rates
- Requesting Price Exceptions
- Cash to Close Discussions
- Update Calls to Borrowers and Parties to the Transaction
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in finance or banking preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
- NMLS Licensing Required
