Back Office Associate / Customer Service Support

Responsible for all Back Office duties, answering customer phone calls during high volume call times and providing support to our customer base. job details include, but not limited to;

Back Office Duties;

• receiving frames - matching to customer account / job number
• validating frames received match invoices for each order.
• validating frame type matches job ticket
• ensuring specialty frames are handles with care and routed to correct station
• sorting / routing work from other departments to ensure proper work flow
• mail-out - validating invoice matches job ticket / Job type correct by account
• shipping - ensure accuracy of boxing, shipping for both UPS and local shipping
• Pulling / verifying lenses for data entry and breakages

Assist with phones during high call volumes / as necessary;

• Looking up jobs for customers
• Provide status updates
• Take customers Rx orders
• Follow-up with customers on requests / status checks
• Assist in other aspects of Rx laboratory production as necessary

Ideal candidate is an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude, works well in a fast paced environment, able to stand/walk through out the day, excellent time management, organizational skills, eager to learn, and willing to ask questions / go beyond basics.
Pay above entry level; based on experience. Training provided.
