Responsible for all Back Office duties, answering customer phone calls during high volume call times and providing support to our customer base. job details include, but not limited to;
Back Office Duties;
- receiving frames - matching to customer account / job number
- validating frames received match invoices for each order.
- validating frame type matches job ticket
- ensuring specialty frames are handles with care and routed to correct station
- sorting / routing work from other departments to ensure proper work flow
- mail-out - validating invoice matches job ticket / Job type correct by account
- shipping - ensure accuracy of boxing, shipping for both UPS and local shipping
- Pulling / verifying lenses for data entry and breakages
Assist with phones during high call volumes / as necessary;
- Looking up jobs for customers
- Provide status updates
- Take customers Rx orders
- Follow-up with customers on requests / status checks
- Assist in other aspects of Rx laboratory production as necessary
Ideal candidate is an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude, works well in a fast paced environment, able to stand/walk through out the day, excellent time management, organizational skills, eager to learn, and willing to ask questions / go beyond basics.
Pay above entry level; based on experience. Training provided.
