Job Description
The Office Administrator coordinates and oversees daily activities to support the front office and facilities to ensure effective and efficient office maintenance and support for our company and guests. They will provide front desk reception, assist coordination of concierge services, coordinate supply purchases for mail and office supply cabinets, kitchen, oversee deliveries, and supervise activities of the Office Attendant.
The Administrator will also perform administrative support for assigned executives, including email communications, preparing documents and expense reports, travel, meeting, and appointment coordination.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate and manage activities of the front office team in facilities maintenance, general administration tasks, meeting room and event preparation.
- Greet guests, visitors, and accept deliveries.
- Support in the coordination and communication of concierge services.
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies and ensure purchases are cost efficient with budget.
- Review and approve supply requests.
- Oversee the Office Attendant and manage communication of maintenance needs to contractors, building maintenance, and others as needed.
- Schedule meetings, events, and appointments for the office or their supervisor.
- Assist with travel coordination and expense reports.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
Corporate office, onsite
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Fulltime, M-F, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM. Must be comfortable working on a flexible schedule when needed.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Five or more years of administrative experience.
