For nearly 40 years, our firm has represented individual and organizational clients throughout Arizona and the Southwest with an array of legal needs. Our firm consists of 15-20 staff, including partners, associates, paralegals and legal support, and accounting, in a collegial and family-friendly atmosphere. Our office sits in a mid-town Phoenix high rise with onsite garage parking. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to the office staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
```Responsibilities```
We are seeking an Office Manager (i.e. Firm Administrator) with prior law firm experience. Our ideal candidate will be familiar with law firm billing practices, managing IOLTA and operational accounts, processing of law firm expenditures such as overhead and expenditures, liaising with outside vendors (e.g. I.T., maintenance/building administration, insurance carriers, billing software providers) and will be comfortable assigning tasks to other law firm personnel.
Our firm uses PerfectLaw software to create client files, store documents, and input/track billing. Familiarity with this software is highly preferred. Absent PerfectLaw familiarity, the ability and willingness to learn PerfectLaw billing software would be required.
