Office Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to fulfill our OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR position. This position is responsible for all clerical office duties, upholding our motto of quality customer service, order entry, and taking care of all walk-in customers.

Responsibilities:

• Phone Communication
• Schedule Contractor Pick Up
• Payment Processing
• Office Up-Keep (administrative duties)
• Photocopies and files of appropriate documents as needed
• Managing correspondence via email and phone
• Manage reception area and walk-ins

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Administrative experience
• Microsoft Office experience
• Organizational skills
• Time management
• Ability to work alone & with a team
