Position Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for several administrative functions throughout the company. The Office Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day office needs, including but not limited to, office supplies, phone system, alarm system, light building maintenance repairs, low level accounting. The position will also help maintain senior management schedules and correspondence.
Essential Functions:
- Assist Senior Managers with schedules and correspondence.
- Invoice processing and cash application.
- Schedule service for I.T. and Phone.
- Maintain badge system for building access.
- Order and maintain needed office supplies.
- General building maintenance point of contact.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned or necessary.
