Position Summary
NewFields is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator is responsible for the supervision of various administrative functions necessary for effective and efficient business operation, particularly helping to prepare and submit invoices, manage contract documents, and support budget tracking. This position requires superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with staff personnel, clients, and vendors. The Office Administrator must possess discretion and decision-making capabilities.

Position Responsibilities
Assist project managers and senior staff with a wide range of tasks including but not limited to project setup; monthly invoicing; budget tracking; managing accounts receivable; maintaining project data and documents, project files, and client Information;
Act as office liaison with the corporate accounting department;
Fulfil requests from clients, vendors, and staff;
Conduct research and prepare accurate and professional technical reports and presentations, including the development of graphs, charts, and tables;
Participate in team-based project work resulting in client satisfaction and the on-time completion of high-quality technical work products;
Manage daily business operations

Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative support role.
Computer Software: The position requires the applicant to have working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Access, excel, word, and Outlook. Familiarity with enterprise accounting software such as Unanet or Deltek is strongly preferred.
Travel: Ability to travel locally for administrative tasks
Physical Demands: This is a sedentary position that may require sitting for extended periods of time, extended hours working on a computer and repetitive hand motions.
