JOB SUMMARY: This administrative position will act as part of the Executive Team and will plan and manage season subscriptions and renewal campaigns; all ticket sales (including box office management); resource development materials; and new subscriber activities, as well as multiple other administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Subscription Sales and Management
- Oversee the acquisition of prospect lists for all direct mail as well as email databases.
- Monitor the progress of all campaigns and provide progress reports and analyses of results.
- Manage in-house box office and monitor outside ticket venue operations, ensuring friendly, courteous service and customer satisfaction in ticket transactions.
- Distribution of all campaign print materials as needed.
- Oversee the planning and development of special public relations events.
- Coordinate volunteers to participate in special events and campaigns.
Administrative
- Manage all day-to-day office activity.
- Maintain the accuracy of website.
- Maintain grant filings in conjunction with the CEO.
Patron Services
- Maintain donor database and generate appropriate acknowledgments for gifts.
- Communicate with ticket buyers, donors, and sponsors on an as-needed basis.
- Attend all events and act as liaison to the patrons.
Other
- Participate in artist hospitality as requested.
- Assist in community engagement efforts by promoting outreach events, disbursement of tickets, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A team builder with outstanding communication skills who will contribute to a positive, collegial, good-humored work atmosphere to get results in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
- High level of professionalism and to handle confidential information.
- Computer proficiency including all products in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- The discipline to work independently, but also the ability to function as a member of a team.
COMPENSATION
Competitive with excellent benefits package. Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
