Allegiance Staffing is looking for an Office Administrator for one of Louisville's top non-profit faith based organizations.
Qualifications
- Ability to support the goals, philosophy, and beliefs of the client.
- College Degree (Associate’s or Bachelor's)
- One to three years of experience in a finance or administrative role.
- Tech Savvy: highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Nonprofit experience a plus.
- Proven communicator with strong verbal and written abilities.
- Experience with Accounts Payable or general accounting systems. NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Completion of post-secondary education with an Associate’s degree or higher.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and productively under time constraints with regular interruptions.
- Good judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Clean background and clean drug screening
- Client facing position.
9am-5pm M-F
Pay is $17-$19/hr.
