What You Will Do
- Customer Service skills are of the highest priority.
- Excellent communication skills to within divisions of the company and customers.
- Experience with clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and personnel
- Technology sound in software for scheduling and other dispatching duties
- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm with people you work with.
- Driven to complete processes once started. Tracking ability
- Fast pace environment with sometimes rapidly changes required good focus and aptitude.
- Ability to process and communicate information proficiently using email, text and phone.
- Relay customer information, work orders, messages, etc. from division to division in a timely and efficient
- manner.
- Prioritize and manage work with customer expectations and crews availability.
- Forecast and prepare daily work schedules and work orders / tickets
- Mitigate and resolve customer issues with same day with help of sales team and crew.
- Keep an organized work space with customer requests, work tickets, service request, with good tracking
- system.
Qualifications
- Community College with Admin class or business preferred.
- Experience in Customer service for 3 years minimum
- Scheduling experience with trucking or and product / service distribution required.
- A full-time role with compensation in the range of 25.00- 30.00 per hour
