Job Description
Robert Half is looking for an interim resource as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Chattanooga, but the client will pay for travel every other week for non-local candidates. The CFO will oversee all finance, accounting, internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, tax, contract administration, Information Technology, legal administrative, building maintenance and facilities functions.
The client needs someone with a high attention to detail and a process improvement mindset. This will need to be a strong leader, preferably with experience in CPG. Supervising a team of 3 in the accounting department plus oversight of IT.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior accounting/finance position
- Skills with medium-size company ERP systems such as NetSuite or Great Plains would be fantastic
- Superb interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
- CPA designation or MBA highly preferred
