Offer Safety Officer

The Offer Safety Officer will Lead Offer Safety committee from LoB to confirm Severity and Validate FTA. Support OSAC/OSAP on technical aspects; Ensure effective Lessons Learned implementation; Lead deployment Offer Safety System and Competencies Deployment; and, Be part of Corporate Product Safety Team.
What will you do?

• Ensure compliance with the applicable safety requirements, regulations, laws and SE policies in place in the countries where the offer will be sold regardless of the global process employed (OCP, Agile, Solutions, new acquisitions, etc_
• Accountable for the approval "Severity Level" for product, solutions and services offer releases and Offer Safety Alert (OSA) process execution as outlined by Schneider Safety Prevention Directive.
• Accountable for release FTA, by certified Experts, involving safety compliance and product release Direction on project decisions based upon the depth and quality of the risk analysis.
• Validate preparation of OSAC on remediation Plan and OSAP on capitalization robustness.
• Assure compliance of organization to Offer Safety training requirements and work with the teams on competence Deployment.
• Ensure Analyze all products, solutions, and services offered by the responsible entity within their Business in determining the safety system supporting infrastructure.
• Manage the safety system infrastructure Offer safety Review Committee (OSRC), Literature Review Committees (LRC), Literature and other global marketing product communications releases.
• Assure Product Offer Safety Reviews which also includes customer prototypes provided for feedback during Agile sprints (collaboration with Schneider Legal required). Align activities across the organization to model Agile methodology.
• Track trends, system improvement and realized results on OSA trends to DirQ_25 offer Safety requirements problem analysis.
• Assure development and maintain an active deployment plan based on scope of responsibilities, acc Dir25. Prioritize the deployment based on business analysis and risk.
• Assure Signoff approval for all Offer, OSCR, final reviews per the Schneider Directives.
• Conduct Maturity Assessments Offer Safety Prevention System in LoB compliance to Schneider Safety Prevention Directive.
