Public Safety Officer-Threat Mitigation (Evolv)

MCH has many Divisions to support our many clients and industries and are seeking motivated, dedicated and reliable candidates to be part of the Public Safety team and Division supporting major events at Northeastern University in Boston.

We are seeking quality candidates who are familiar with, interested in large events, concerts and sporting events. We are building and strengthening our teams to support consistent events throughout the year and seasons.

Public Safety/Event staff will support major events at Northeastern University and if assigned, to TD Garden in Boston. Dates and events will be known in advance. This post is to invite those interested in being part of the team and growing with this division and opportunity to transfer into other Divisions such as Armed Tactical, Bank protection, Patrol, Executive protection and Supervisory roles.

• We are also seeking well qualified candidates to assist with threat mitigation and assisting with supervising entry points/use of technology as well. Interact with Law enforcement on site to create a safe and secure environment for all.

Public Safety teams at Northeastern assist with crowd control, access control, using technology to identify and prevent unauthorized items into the campus venues, games, concerts and arenas. Work with NU PD to mitigate risk and Public Safety issues as well as provide security during all College sports events at the University year round. This is a long term contract and we are seeking motivated, mature, experienced candidates to assist consistently and grow with us and these opportunities. Upward movement includes Lead Officers, Supervisors, Trainers, Assistant management, and management staff.

Events are scheduled out and some are 5/6 hour shifts for certian sporting events and some are 8-10 or combination depending on the venue and sport.

The Public Safety and event staff can also assist at major events, concerts etc at TD Garden as well where Back of House, Stage, VIP security and other assignments are available as well.

Many Additional in 2023 and into 2024. *Must be willing to work consistently for events at TD and/or Northeastern University.

This event will be the starting point to build and add to our teams to cover future events at both locations.

* We will discuss with entry level candidates as well. These are high visibility positions, appearance and interaction with the public must be professional at all times and important to the brand and clients. * Pay and other incentives will meet someones experience, commitment and performance.

Must be 18+. Dependable transportation/Public transportation access. *CORI check. Be
able to stand for shifts, interact with the public in a positive way and have a professional
demeanor and appearance. Shifts may include before, during and after the event. HS
Diploma/Equivalent , some college a plus. Supervisory positions will be listed in a separate
post with more experience and requirements.
