_ Description - OCM_

• Senior consultant specializing in change management for the staff, teams, and whole organization during a transformation.
• Collaborating with Agile and Garage SMEs, this position is responsible for identifying training needs, changes in organizational structure, communications needs, leadership style changes, and other factors necessary for a successful transformation.
• This resource will work with client leadership to create a roadmap for all necessary changes, and guide the organization through its execution.

Description - OCM Training

• This position conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses. Develops and revises these courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
• Prepares all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Prepares all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
• Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars. Prepares visual information maps.
• Conducts knowledge capture sessions and develops innovative methodologies for accelerating time to knowledge and capabilities when onboarding new staff.

Required Skills -

• At least 9 years of experience in OCM or OCM training on processes and methodologies for large SAP implementations
• Knowledge of and experience with DoD/Federal
• Familiar with DoD IT architectures, processes, tools/methodologies
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
• Able to plan and lead major technology assignments
• Able to evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
• Able to function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
