Power Bi Developer Trainer (Consultant)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior-level Power BI Developer Trainer(Consultant) to join our team for an exciting new project that's gearing up with our new client, SEEL Inc. As a Power BI Developer Trainer(Consultant), you will play a pivotal role in equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge required for effective Power BI development. This position requires a deep understanding of Power BI development, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide aspiring developers.

Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for Power BI development.
• Create engaging and practical training materials, including tutorials, code samples, and real-world scenarios.

2. Hands-on Training Delivery:

• Conduct hands-on training sessions for participants, covering various aspects of Power BI development, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and custom visualizations.
• Provide mentorship and support to participants, addressing questions and guiding them through practical exercises.

3. Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

• Stay informed about the latest developments in Power BI and related technologies.
• Incorporate relevant updates into training programs to ensure participants are equipped with current knowledge.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to participants with varying levels of expertise.

Qualifications:

1. Professional Experience:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a focus on data modeling, DAX, and custom visualizations.
• Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs for developers.

2. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI development tools and languages.
• Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

3. Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and adapt communication style to diverse audiences.

4. Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in Power BI development or related fields are desirable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Availability to conduct training sessions during flexible hours to accommodate participants' schedules.
