Job Description:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our growing team to provide home health services on a contract basis. As a member of the Arbor Therapy team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed therapists.
Assist in assessments and the development of individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients of all ages.
Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid OTA license in Arizona and a minimum of an OTA associate's degree (for OTA positions).
Must have a valid SLPA license in Arizona and a minimum of an SLPA associate's degree (for SLPA positions).
Experience in pediatric or adult therapy preferred, but not required.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills required.
