Job Description:

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our growing team to provide home health services on a contract basis. As a member of the Arbor Therapy team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed therapists.

• Assist in assessments and the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients of all ages.

• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid OTA license in Arizona and a minimum of an OTA associate's degree (for OTA positions).

• Must have a valid SLPA license in Arizona and a minimum of an SLPA associate's degree (for SLPA positions).

• Experience in pediatric or adult therapy preferred, but not required.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills required.
