Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
Job Description:
We seek a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our dynamic team at our growing pediatric Clinic and Home Health services. Our clinic offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with the OT to design and organize the clinic as it grows. You can also assist with an OT and OTA student program.
You can create your own schedule to provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients covered by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and those with private insurance, further diversifying your experience in pediatric therapy.
As of today, we have 20+ clients on a waitlist for OT services, ready to start working with you.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate closely with an Occupational Therapist to develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with clients' families/caregivers to provide education, support, and guidance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of a growing Clinic and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Current OTA license/certification in the state of practice. New grads welcome!
- Valid fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain one upon hiring).
- Liability insurance coverage.
- Resume demonstrating relevant experience in pediatric occupational therapy, including references.
- Article 9 certificate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for working with children and commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
- Driver's License

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
