COTA Responsibilities:

• Deliver transformative in-home therapy for children.
• Assess and address deficits in fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills.
• Empower patients, parents, and caregivers through targeted education and training.
• Showcase progress through detailed electronic progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Possess an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution, coupled with current state licensure.
• While a minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy is preferred, we welcome enthusiastic newcomers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in electronic documentation systems and adhere to best practices in documentation and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with exceptional written and verbal skills, with a focus on family-centered care.
