Occupational Medicine Patient Service Representative - Newnan

Piedmont Urgent Care is looking for a high energy, positive person to join our Occupational Medicine team as a Patient Service Representative. Experience in a medical setting or working with Occupational Medicine is preferred but not required.

This position’s duties include:

• Greeting and checking in patients for services such as drug screens, TB tests, various physicals, etc.
• Speaking with companies on the phone for further instruction when needed.
• Occasionally collecting payment for services
• Checking patients out and sending appropriate paperwork to companies.

We occasionally do on-site services for companies so some travel might be occasionally requested. All training will take place in house.
