Ob/Gyn Receptionist

Busy private practice specializing in General Gynecology, Urogynecology, and Medical Aesthetics has an immediate need for an experienced and excellent front-office receptionist.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Full knowledge of Insurance (Medicare, PPO, HMO)
• Knowledge of all OB-Gyn terms, conditions and procedures
• EMR experience is a MUST (eClinicalworks is a plus)
• Appointments, Eligibility verification and Authorizations with Medicare, Medical, PPO and HMO/IPA
• Phone skills, appointments and scheduling

Responsibilities:

• Patient check in/Out
• Collect, record and report copay, deductibles and other dues
• Eligibility verification, Benefits check, and authorization (HMO, PPO, Medicare)
• Appointments.
• Manage all providers and resources scheduling across two locations
• Fill in for back office for MA duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
