If you’re a business undergrad or aspiring Marketing professional looking to build a career within the Real Estate industry with a keen attention to detail and demonstrated experience customizing social media platforms, our internship opportunity would be perfect for you! The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and creative individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and superior communication skills. Our Summer Marketing Intern, based at our home office in Philadelphia, will work a flexible 32 to 40 hours per week. If you’re pursuing your degree, great news, this internship is paid and can also be used to obtain credit.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist in the design and distribution of portfolio-wide content for social media platforms and in-office updates
- Respond to resident reviews
- Organize and implement interactive site maps
- Assist in the Canva approval process
- Organize social media content for new property onboarding
- Assist with organizing and branding corporate presentations and leasing materials
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Organizational skills to enable effective management of multiple, shifting priorities
- Ability to see a project through to completion
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and adhere to strict deadlines
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Basic knowledge of the Canva platform
- Basic knowledge of HTML and demonstrated experience utilizing Photoshop and Social Media outlets including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest and Snapchat
- High School diploma required; Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred
