The Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This position functions as a integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice.

Required qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- 3 years of Direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.

About the Team
Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
