Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Nurse Recruiter to join our team. The Nurse Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified nursing candidates to fill open positions within our healthcare facility. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our organization continues to have a strong and dedicated nursing staff that meets the needs of our patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Source and recruit qualified nursing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent
• Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Nurse Recruiter or in a similar role within the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
