What You Will Do
Build relationships with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals across the country and put them to work
Develop and recruit prospective candidates through innovative recruitment strategies
You will build a pipeline of candidates through calls, sourcing through social media, and database searches
You will interview, negotiate salaries, match the skill levels of healthcare professionals and match them to our client’s needs.
You will provide excellent client service to both our travelers and our facilities
What You Need
College degree preferred, but not required
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven individual
Minimum 1 year in recruiting or outbound sales
You need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You will need to manage time effectively and achieve work goals independently
You need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to stay positive under pressure
Strong desire for career growth and advancement.
