We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join our medical practice in Sun City West, AZ. We are looking for a provider who can join us on either a part-time basis or full-time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal NP/PA is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point injections and Regen med injections done IM (intramuscularly) or in joints. A Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantwith experience in orthopedics, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background and experience with joint injections is required. Duties:

• Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical/functional exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
• Order and review tests/labs
• Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
• Manage patient care
• Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections (PRP)
• Documentation and progress notes
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantprogram
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in AZ
• Physician Assistants must be certified by the AZ board to work without supervision
• Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
• Experience with joint injections a plus

Schedule:

• Part time to Full time position.
• Part-time Mon, Wed, Fri. 8:30am-4pm
• Full-time Mon-Friday 8:30am-6pm

Compensation:

• $105k-$125k per year (Depending on experience and hours worked)
