Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Do you want to work for one of Arizona's TOP DOC? We are seeking a full or part time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for a specialized concierge level medical practice located in Gilbert, AZ. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude to join our energetic and engaging team.

As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant you will be responsible for providing a full range of office based patient care to new and established patients. Our practice specializes in Internal Medicine, Hormone Replacement Treatment and Obesity Management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical patient evaluation and treatment
• Maintain knowledge of and utilize practice protocols
• Prescribe and administer medications
• Interpret results of diagnostic radiological and lab studies

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in obesity medicine (certification preferred)
• Previous experience in hormone replacement therapy or integrative medicine with a holistic personalized medicine approach
• Completion of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant degree from an accredited school
• Current and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in Arizona
• Current and unrestricted DEA certificate
• 1-2 years of Medical in clinic or hospital experience highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $87,970.55 - $146,548.03 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
