We are looking for an Orthopedic Trauma advanced practice provider to join us at Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH), playing a critical role in advancing our mission of improving health, healing people. NAH is a physician-led organization offering tertiary care in a community hospital. • Two hospitals: 269 beds in Flagstaff and 99 beds in Cottonwood

Qualifications

This position:

• Based in Flagstaff
• Joining 4 physicians and 3 APPs
  • Candidate can be either a Physician Assistant, or a Nurse Practitioner with OR first assistance training
  • Participate in a split between day and unrestricted night shift coverage in a 1 in 4 model
