Full-time: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm + on call (Not expected to cover shifts, shift coverage upon your discretion)

Summary of Job:The Nurse Manager position is responsible for all nursing services under the direction of the Site Leader. The Nurse Manager position also works closely with the Medical Director to coordinate and improve clinical care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervises, evaluates and provides leadership and coaching to nursing personnel.
• Arranges coverage for nurse absences.
• Works as an RN in a variety of capacities during staff shortages and in emergent situations.
• Assures that the delivery of nursing care complies with licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve productivity, efficiency, recovery outcomes and medical care.
• Coordinates the relationship with outside medical and nursing support services including pharmacy and laboratory services.
• Provides Clinical Supervision to nursing staff.
• Completes clinical documentation as required.
• Understands and adheres to RI International compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
• Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all RI International policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
• Performs other related duties assigned.
Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent experience required, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including two (2) years of behavioral health nursing and two (2) years of management experience.
Driving Requirements:
• If driving is required for this position, must meet all requirements outlined in RI International driving policy.
• If not qualified to drive per driving policy, a Non-Driver Attestation form must be signed.
A Nursing Competency Checklist must be completed as part of the new hire onboarding process.
Physical Demands:
May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
Work Environment
May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and/or confused.
