UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR (RN) POSITION SUMMARY:

The Utilization Management Scheduler/Site Coordinator oversees outside appointments, tracks authorizations, makes appointments and coordinates transportation. The Utilization Management Scheduler/Site Coordinator organizes and maintains a transportation log and adjusts appointments as needed through regular communication with outside patient services as well as internal clients. They must be willing to potentially travel to different sites or cover some staff positions onsite.

UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR (RN)MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse in the state of Delaware.
• Willing to potentially cover staff shifts at the prisons when needed.
• Willing to potentially travel to different correctional sites in Delaware.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Time management.
• Organizational skills – tracking large amounts of data.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Customer service.
