ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Part Time RN Clinical Manager. The successful candidate will work three 8 hour days, Friday/Saturday/Sunday, three weekends a month from 8am to 4:30pm in our Smyrna, DE location. (Orientation may take place in our Avenue North location). This individual will work 1 major holiday and 1 minor holiday each year and will be required to attend team meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to deliver care to adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
- Identifies priorities of management responsibilities and demonstrates the ability to delegate.
- Remains cognizant of risk management issues and takes appropriate measures to correct.
- Performs routine co-visits, clinical record reviews, case conferences and patient rounds.
Requirements:
- BSN required; Masters degree in nursing required or a commitment to complete the degree within three (3) years of starting position.
- Must possess a current DE RN license, or compact state license
- OASIS certification required (willing to become certified within 1 year)
- Basic Life Support
- Three years of management experience or demonstrated progressive leadership development
- One to two years of Home Health, hospice, or community care experience
