Job Summary
We are seeking a Head of Integrated Marketing to spearhead our brand partnerships and Integrated Marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with the goals of the Accelerate Media Network and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong background in digital media, a proven track record in building successful brand partnerships, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Integrated Marketing strategies that enhance brand value and drive business growth.
Foster and deepen relationships with key brand partners, identifying new opportunities for collaboration and revenue generation.
Work closely with the Accelerate Media Network, sales, content, and marketing teams to create cohesive and innovative campaigns that resonate with our audience and meet partner objectives.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of brand partnership campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless integration across all digital platforms.
Stay aHead of industry trends and consumer insights to inform and evolve our marketing strategies.
Partner with leaders across tech, product, and revenue enablement to align brand strategy with new internal opportunities.
Engage with the brand and advertising industry to share market insights and best-in-class campaigns.
Utilize key performance metrics to maintain and enhance the organization's competitive position in the marketplace.
Represent NowMedia at industry events, conferences, and in key meetings with partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Integrated Marketing, brand partnerships, or a related field, preferably in a digital media environment.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and brand partnerships.
Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including social media, content marketing, and emerging platforms.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
$200,000 - $250,000 salary range, with exact salary depending on experience and new staff rarely starting at the top of the range.
Health care after 3 months, with individual premiums fully covered and cost-share for dependents. Vision and dental plans are available at-cost to the individual.
